The automatic n95 folding mask machine is a special design to produce blank masks from feeding raw materials, folding, banding, ultrasonic welding to cutting mask with automatic mechanism and extremely high speed.
This machine is a fully automatic production line with three layers 3D shaped mask machine. The fold shape body mask machine is connected with a flat type ear belt machine. The process is including the mask body to ear band welding, nose line welding to finished products, it is fully automatic and does not need any manual operation.

The working process of KN95 Mask Machines are as follows:
The multi-layer non-woven fabric rolls are subjected to compound roll welding after feeding. Nasal lines are welded after unrolling and cutting. Two rolls of rubber band are welded after automatically unrolling and cutting to designated length. Then masks are folded in half. After ultrasonic welding and sealing, the masks are formed. Finally, we get finished KN95 masks.
